We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to help our clients structure and resolve cybersecurity challenges in complex IT/OT landscapes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead OT security maturity assessments and gap analyses
• Design and implement security improvement roadmaps and strategies
• Shape secure OT network architecture and segmentation designs
• Communicate technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support technology selection and ensure effective solution implementation
• Oversee complex cybersecurity implementation projects
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay up to date on the latest OT cybersecurity threats and trends
• Lead workshops and deliver engaging security awareness trainings

‍

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of cybersecurity consulting experience, ideally with OT/ICS exposure
• Is fluent in German (C1 level or higher)
• Is well-versed in ICS security standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST CSF
• Has hands-on experience with security assessments and audits
• Demonstrates strong project management and client engagement skills
• Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person
• Is open to occasional travel to client sites
• Understands OT network architecture and segmentation in depth
• Has solid technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions and can guide clients on selecting and implementing the right tools
